Can I participate in the event or join for a few miles/ a day?
Are you interested in rucking/walking? We’re happy to have you! While the Let’s Walk It Out Core Team will have support provided, we can assist you with information to secure your transport, food, and lodging should you decide to jump in along the way. Registration is not required; however, a signed liability waiver is.
Service dogs are permitted, but the owner is responsible for their care. No animals will be allowed in LWO vehicles.

Can I attend the Opening or Closing Remarks?
Everyone is welcome to our ceremonies. Please follow our social media for updates on times and locations.
Can we track the team movement online?
Family and friends can track our movement live on our website once the Ruck March begins. Each day of the ruck, we will post a new Strava Link on social media and our website so you can track our location.
How many miles in each leg/or per day?
They vary depending on the day and range from 18 - 24 miles.
What is a Core Walker?
A Core Walker is someone who has applied for sponsorship to join the Let's Walk It Out—222 Mile Ruck March program. This program focuses on healing, prioritizing those seeking mental and spiritual recovery. Applications are announced throughout the year, and an independent board selects candidates. If chosen, you’ll receive sponsorship to participate in the program.
